FYI, I cancelled and disabled the recipe, it is configured as a Zimit while it is a Mediawiki instance. Zimit is not going to work without proper exclude settings. And I don't see any reason mentioned here why we would want to avoid mwoffliner and prefer zimit.

Yes, you are correct. I've deleted the recipe and created mwoffliner recipe https://farm.openzim.org/recipes/techbase.kde.org_en_all
