Expired ZIM info bubble is a bit weird

When a ZIM has expired, an "info bubble" appears next to the "Create ZIM" button in the "List of Selections" UI.

There is no spacing between between the button and the bubble which feels kinda weird.

I believe quite a few things should be changed in this listing. This is one of them.
