Different article ranking for two zim files

I noticed that when I changed the ranking of articles in creating the zim file the resulted file is changed corresponding to my change like this case and

While in the English version, the ranking of articles is not reflected in the zim file and

@RavanJAltaie Order of the list item should be the same as order of the tiles, but articles without image in Wikidata can not be put. So what is exactly wrong (be precise)?

I think the issue is that the same article (here I can see 2023 Africa Cup of Nations) is shown in French and not in English but English does not appear. And if you check the actual Wikidata item you will see that the image is not the one shown in French

On a similar note, the entry for Confederation of African football actually has no image listed except for the logo (which is a different property than image) whereas in the example above it shows a map.
