We need a fuzzy rule to properly rewrite https://iranwire.com/questions/detail/1723?&_=1721804954220 (dynamic URL built by JS) to https://iranwire.com/questions/detail/1723 (real asset URL present in the WARC/ZIM, i.e. we need to drop the weird timestamp).

Currently it is not rewritten causing non-functioning pages at https://dev.library.kiwix.org/content/iranwire-com_far_all_2024-07/iranwire.com/questions/legal/
