osm-wiki is failing

osm-wiki is failing on some bad article.

Flaging this as upstream since the problem is also that scraper stops on first bad article.

I've put the bad article in a file and included that file in the parameter: (Articles to ignore). I'll update the result here once ready

It has been decided that zim-request must contain only new requests, so this indeed has to be transferred to mwoffliner repo
