metakgp is failing

The scraper is failing to process some articles (not always the same one).

Since for now the scraper stops on first article failure, we are blocked.

I disabled the recipe.

None until something is changed Upstream (hence the Upstream tag)

It has been decided that zim-request must contain only new requests, so this indeed has to be transfered to mwoffliner repo
