Update JS and CSS dependencies

While https://github.com/openzim/gutenberg/issues/202 finally focused on Python dependencies, we still have to update JS and CSS dependencies.

Not sure it is worth to be done on current codebase however, since we will probably move to a Vue.JS based scraper where all dependencies will be revisited.
