defaultuserquota and defaultgroupquota

ZFS in Oracle (Solaris 11.3) has a feature for default quotas built-in. This finally allows secure operation of /tmp and other world-writeable directories on multi-user-systems in ZFS.

I think it would be a great addition to implement in ZOL.

Although this is an old request, it is still relevant. Constantly updating userquotas in a changing environment is a real pain.

I would like to add my voice to this. It is critical for our AWS FSx on OpenZFS implementations.
