docs: clarify sharenfs documentation and add examples

This PR improves the sharenfs property documentation by:

  • Explaining on/off/options behavior
  • Describing host-specific and global options
  • Adding examples and limitations (e.g., pnfs, security_label unsupported) Fixes #11159
