order of `Performance and Tuning` subsections

At the bottom of https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/Performance%20and%20Tuning/Async%20Write.html it says "in the next section" - but the next section is actually about hardware. Is it trying to point to https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/Performance%20and%20Tuning/ZFS%20Transaction%20Delay.html ? i.e. should the sections of Performance and Tuning just be reordered?
