update Debian to Bookworm

  • Update the base image to Debian Bookworm.

  • Use the modern apt key mechanism.

  • Delete the apt list files to reduce image size.

rest LGTM, thanks for proposing this change, just wanted to open the same PR and then saw that one is already there. maybe even this can get merged somehow? having the baseimage on buster is quite outdated?

I would like to see this change merged as well, buster went EOL over a year ago. The last activity on the main branch was a year ago.
