The freeswitch dependency should modify libpcre to libpcre2

When installing freeswitch the following error occurs, which should be changed to libpcre2

Warning: the file “package/feeds/telephony/freeswitch/Makefile” depends on “libpcre” and “ libpcre” does not exist.
