mwan3: Fix tracking by `nping`

Description: In the mwan3 package, the script that uses nping-* as tracking is not working. This pull request corrects the arguments of the command and the return value to the appropriate values.

@mocknen Can you please update the commit message with an output from nping, so that we can better understand how does the correct output looks that we are parsing. You should also increase the PKG_RELEASE by one.
