openwrt apm821xx: add 6.6 testing kernel

Add kernel 6.6 as a testing kernel.

Has been tested on everything so far but the MX60W.

Of note: The WNDR4700 experienced kernel sized related issues. These have been addressed by modifying uboot's bootcmd. Towards that end, the device was extended to support u-boot's env access.

but have you heard any news about RTL8363SB DSA support?

I know that they fixed "one" bug upstream with in February https://lore.kernel.org/netdev/CACRpkdakahhg9AZRfGeM_FNwjgyXBAKuEEqsYOxqerR=OFpLbA@mail.gmail.com/T/

but so far I sadly haven't seen anything about MDIO-support or support for the specific chip.

I have not. Might as well migrate the qca8327 devices to DSA.
