Tweak CMakeLists.txt and fix compilation warning

Just a little tweak for the CMake (compilation did not work on Ubuntu) and fix for one warning during the compilation.

I chose the minimum version according to this https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-developer/creating-a-cmake-package-in-openwrt but using at least 3.5 would be better.

Merged the warning fix at 848d696419eb2d13b7eaca4295f7711196fd1262. The cmake file has been reworked and improved.
