luci-app-nlbwmon - add ability to view data by week/month/year/etc

What would you like to see in luci?

Right now, you can only view by what you have the accounting period set to. For example, I have mine set to daily, so I can see things detailed. Problem is, I have to then click on every day and would have to do a ton of math to see things for the week or the month, etc.

Next to select account period it would be great to have an option for day/week/month/year
