dnsmasq: Feature request: Multiple local domains support

From https://dev.archive.openwrt.org/ticket/21926, dnsmasq supports having multiple local domains (a.k.a -s). There is also a patch attached to that ticket, which naively looks fine. Could such a patch be added, or is there other negative flow-on effects from that patch?
