the log obviously says at the end. " * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package perlbase-arybase."

As it is not telling about relying stuff missing, this tells you, that the package does not exist in the repo. Remove "perlbase-arybase" from the modules in the list below the build packages. If something needs this dependency, it will tell you so in the next fault occuring
