Possible bug in Device Configuration tab

The scenario is as follow.

Templates added after device registration.

There was a shared systemwide template that was enabled by default and required. that was deleted from all devices. ##"this could be irrelevant but this is what i had" .

templates assigned to organization would not be loaded until i change the backend to Openwisp firmware and then revert it back to openwrt as seen in video.
