[refactor] Move log messages from init.d to agent

Find a way to move the logger messages from init.d to agent. The reload trigger message is useful when debugging corner cases of the different interactions which can take place.

I've refactored the logging mechanism to move log messages from init.d to the agent, centralizing logging in openwisp.agent for better consistency and maintainability. I've raised the PR for the same, can you please review once and lmk if any change is required, Thanks!
