[chores] Remove DJANGO_FREERADIUS_ALLOWED_HOSTS

DJANGO_FREERADIUS_ALLOWED_HOSTS is deprecated and must be removed in the code, substituted with OPENWISP_RADIUS_ALLOWED_HOSTS.
