How does a deposit wallet work?

We create a wallet that called deposit wallet, It have a public id, and we adding it to the wallet in the tower (as deposit wallet) So what is public id that user can generate on his/her profile ? I cannot understand, How a wallet can have multiple public id.

It's becouse every user have ability to create their own address on the core wallet example cli command coin-cli getnewaddress "LABEL"

so , the system will identify the users address by the label that created on the coin wallet and the label saved on mysql
