Bitcoin/Litecoin faliing when encrypted

### Both currencies use the method "sendtoaddress" for withdraws and in both wallet.dat cannot be encrypted. When encrypted it throws the error "wallet encrypted. use walletpassphase".

unlock you wallet first, if your wallet encrypted the system can't access it without walletpassphase
