Vault with version 2.3 don't generate token

Hello i am working with peatio v 2.3.44 and barong 2.3.4,custom frontend and tower v 2.4.0,the broblem is vault that don't create root token and unseal keys like in version 2.5,i tried several ways but no progress,vault

docker-compose exec -T vault sh -d and receive Container 823b1b6e49924afb21d3a07143e576809c1b004346b724b9ccf873ecff4ba6a3 is restarting, wait until the container is running

no way to go ahead,is there a guide or tips to solve this issue?

Hi @Toki-Fujinami

For some reason, your Vault container cannot start. You should be able to check its logs using docker-compose logs -f vault. Please, add them here
