ERC20 Token deposit collection

Hi, if we setup ERC20 token like Tether in opendax, how we can setup deposit collection properly? I add a new Fee wallet, and add some ETH to that wallet. but still deposit skipped and not collect. before adding Fee wallet I see in log this ; Insufficient funds. The account you tried to send transaction from does not have enough funds. Required 6000000000000 and got: 0 now there is no error message in log but still Tether not collected. How can I fix this issue?

this issue can be fixed by slowing down the collection daemon, to allow time for the eth sent for collection to confirm, before trying to collect
