Bug on adding new beneficiary for withdrawals.

I describe the issue:

In 2.4-stable, when adding the address of the new beneficiary, even if the pin sent by mail is not confirmed, the address is saved in the database and does not appear in front.
When the process is repeated, the duplicity message from the address appears. Therefore the address has to be deleted from the database in order to add it again.
