Remove indy-sdk-to-askar migration package

It only works for React Native and has been in there for a while. I think if wallets are not migrated by now an user should make sure to first update to 0.5 with askar and then migrate to a later version.

Thoughts? Would be great to also clean this up as part of 0.6
