Update NEWS for 2.0.0

The task is to go over the commits made since 1.9.0-jumbo-1 and add to NEWS non-trivial higher-level changes describing them in a suitable form (see existing entries), and send a pull request updating NEWS.

Actually, 3 sub-tasks here:

  1. Go over the commits since 1.9.0-jumbo-1 and add what we forgot to add.
  2. Adjust all entries for consistent style, such as standardizing on "Add" rather than "Added".
  3. Add summary entries on top, like we had in the 1.9.0-jumbo-1 NEWS, listing changes in the number of formats (CPU and OpenCL), maybe the specific formats, and truly major or cumulative changes.

Speaking of such cumulative changes, maybe that the default wordlist+rules+suppressor results in much more optimal behavior of default invocation. Let's think what other individual changes we can categorize together like this.

Done for 2022-2024, yet to do for 2019-2021. Of course, the selection is subjective, but I tried to be consistent.
