Hello,

What procedure to link a did in user account?

Add incoming carrier and then add the DID in system. Also add the DID rates in customer tariff. After that you will able to buy DID from customer portal.

Tariff and rates are ok, after that I enter the DID in the Routing menu (Direct Inward Dialing), I go to the customer portal, find the did by clicking on the Purchase DID button, after Search and view in did row, i check the terms and click on the Purchase button, I get an HTTP 500 error and nothing happens.
