Need Help For Failover SIP Cause in Routes

Hi, I need help with failover SIP Cause in Routes. I tried 503, 503 Service Unavailable, and NORMAL_CIRCUIT_CONGESTION nothing make it working please let me know.

Try to use ITUT code in the place of sip code

@openvoips Hi, I have put there ITUT but still not working in my dialplan I have two routes for same prefix one with priority 1 and other with priority 2. I can not assign different routes in customer allowed route please let me know how is it going to work thank you.
