Let's follow up on this? It seems to be failing the CI?

@raymondlo84 this is basically the same as #211 so I am hesitant to do anything about this notebook until #211 gets to a state when the CI passes so that I would have a reference against which to modify this PR. #211 does not pass CI as well, and the problem there seems to be on the CI side, last we discussed it.

I updated the branch to main to trigger the CI runs again.

@vshampor, I would like to open the discussion, 😀. Do we have a plan to finalize this? How this notebook will be affected by Optimum https://huggingface.co/docs/optimum/intel/index? Any update will be great. Thanks and Best regards.

@paularamo the notebook should be ready to use as-is and is not related to Optimum.
