Horizontal text detection notebook on Total-Text-Dataset using FiftyOne
Added a new notebook that uses the horizontal detection model to run inference on Total-Text-Dataset with the help of FiftyOne app.
Test environment: OS: Windows 11 FiftyOne version: 0.20.0 Python : 3.9
