Add attribute renaming transform

Dataset formats are different, but they often represent the same concepts. Even though Datumaro tries to unify them internally, they still can represent the same information differently. For instance, the same by meaning attributes can be have different names in formats. Having a transform to rename attributes could allow simpler transitions between formats an simpler format implementations.
