Identify and flag real estate holding companies

I'm not sure if this is even possible, but it's well worth trying.

It seems like a fair bet that any LLC with a name that is formatted as a street address ("123 Spring Lane Holdings LLC") is a real estate holding company. To be doubly sure, check whether it's a street name and number that exists in Virginia.

This gets a lot easier thanks to Virginia publishing its address points database.
