Update repo URL for io.spatial.unitysdk package

We are in the process of renaming https://github.com/spatialsys/spatial-unity-sdk to spatial-creator-toolkit

Note as of writing the repo has not been renamed. Our package auto-updates itself so I am waiting till everything is approved and ready before swapping the name over.

AKA plz don't auto-merge

If you only want to rename the repository, Github will handle the redirect automatically, and OpenUPM pipeline will follow it.

After the approval of the PR, the package detail page (the website) will get updated to display the new repository as well.

So you don't need to align my time to approve this. Just rename the repository when it's ready, and leave me a message to catch up.
