@hoopoepg For the flush in the PR title, does it mean the new verbs operation semantic flush? e.g. https://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-talpey-rdma-commit-01.html#rfc.section.2.4

@changchengx this is initial change to support RDMA multirail feature, not IB specific, started with IB implementation to simplify testing
