Some quoted tweets (Specifically ones created by API V2), and sometimes other random ones are not properly expanded in the program (List only, details view seems fine), and instead displays a twitter.com URL. If you press G on these tweets to see related tweets, you are shown the quoted tweet alongside the quote, and the original tweet is shown in the details view, just not the tweet list.
