Log:

WARN disconnect, reason=TimeOut, protocol: channel, peer_addr: 84.239.*.56:41895

Might caused by getBlockBothHaveUpdateTime

- getBlockBothHaveUpdateTime < now - (blockUpdateTimeout = 30s)
- getAdvInvRequest < now - (ADV_TIME_OUT = 20s)
- getSyncBlockRequested < now - (SYNC_TIME_OUT = 5s)
