Captura de pantalla 2023-08-29 151213 Captura de pantalla 2023-08-29 150951 Hello, I am trying to install trackhat opentrack v3. I have used the opentrack application and on one computer it works perfectly but on another with MSI x570 motherboard the tracker remains offline. The camera is installed but there is no camera preview and no possibility to access the properties of the camera. I have seen that people with MSI motherboards have the same problem. Does anyone know the solution? I have tried all the usb on my pc, I have reinstalled everything a few times but there is no way it will work. Thank you very much

I have the same problem with a Gigabyte MotherBoard, so its not the motherboard.

Is the camera usable in other programs? Is it visible in the Device Manager?

That's not an opentrack issue then, but you can check whether the driver assigned to the camera is 'UVC Video Class' as it should be. You don't have the camera listed at all as a video source so this could be the problem.

thanks for the information, I can make it work, after a lot of troubleshooting, looks like there is something messed up with the driver of trackhat v2
