I have only 2 outputs showing

I compiled and have working partially on Linux. I can use aitrack to use udp to send to opentrack and then I can not get output from opentrack due to it only showing my 2 outputs which are udp and Flightgear.

I get no other outputs for vjoy or freetracker or any of the other outputs that should be in the list.
