feature request: opentracing-cpp in linux distro packages

It would be nice if opentracing-cpp can be available in for Debian and RPM package formats.

+1 was trying to develop a prototype on top of OT but had to build and install a local version (arguably it has no dependencies and is quite easy) but would be great to just install via distro package manager
