Zipkin Support in the OpenResty Docker Image

I see an old issue #114 asking if it is possible to use Zipkin with the OpenResty build. It was closed without any further discussion.

What would be required to add Zipkin to the Docker build for OpenResty? Is there anything preventing this from working?

As I remember Zipkin did not work with latest Opentracing 1.6 cpp library.

UPDATE: It looks like it is possible to update now the openresty image with support zipkin.
