Release of version 0.6.0 to maven central

Hi,

First, I'd like to thank for all the great work you're doing here :)

I stumbled across the following problem: when I was trying to add java-spring-cloud to my project, I realised that the latest version (0.6.0) is not available in maven central repository yet (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/io.opentracing.contrib/opentracing-spring-cloud-core).

Are there any plans to release it there?

+1 on how artifacts are released to public repositories. seems a bit unclear now for how/when this is happening. wait for OpenTracing Spring Jaeger Cloud Starter 3.3.3, latest is 3.3.1

i'm a bit confused here, according to master pom.xml , it still saying 0.5.10-SNAPSHOT , but release label/version says 0.6.0. looking into the source.zip , its also saying 0.5.10-SNAPSHOT, so it seems the 0.6.0 was not really a clean release from maven point of view.

#302 is closed , @geoand could you review this and provides a public jar release ?
