We should use the same trick that we now use to generate selection text in order to get better text from a copy operation on the document.
You should only be able to delete your own annotations, or delete if you're an admin or moderator.

The zoom level for each pdf should probably be stored across sessions, per-device.
Different browsers style `` elements pretty differently. It'd be nice to have a wrapper component that styles this uniformly.
