TR4: Triggers do not trigger

The game starts with some errors about sound files: OGG: Couldn't open file: data/tr4/audio/073_secret.ogg. everything else works, except the cutscenes and the triggers (by entering a sector). The game loads the first level but "Werner von Croy" just walks on a sector without moving (see Screenshot)

what can I do?

Most of TR4 will be unimplemented. They're working on the earlier games first.
