Enable "Issues" on opentomb.github.io project

Currently, the https://github.com/opentomb/opentomb.github.io repository doesn't have Issues enabled, as is normal from Github Forks.

We should enable issues on the repository so they can be reported if someone finds any on the website. Only someone with permissions to the repository's preferences can do this.

This can be done as seen here on this StackOverflow answer.

I'm not an Admin thus have no access to making such changes. I don't agree that this website repo requires an issue tracker. The main project is higher priority. It also seems that the website is no longer maintained.
