In Obelisk of Khamoon at 51663,42939,1024,0,0,0 try to roll.

Also, at 51730,42601,1024,0,0,0 try to swan dive, or turn to 180 degrees and try to back flip.

Another problem is that Lara can be pushed out of level mesh by an underwater current. This happens in Sanctuary of the Scion under Sphinx after pulling lever 16. And yes, she can be pushed similarly by a spiked wall too.
