add video renderer project

This PR, and the following, were the reason behind the cleanup work. I am working with jeff to deprecate the ios learning repo.

This page on the dev centre references a project in the learning repo. So I have recreated it by making a full copy of the basic video chat sample (this pr depends on #220) and adding the OTKCustomRenderView and OTKBasicVideoRender classes and using them in ViewController.m, see the renderer property
