Lost connection with microphone when user interrupt by a phone call.

During the video, when user have incoming call: user reject or accept the call then hang up -> user lost microphone and lost audio stream from session (video stream still going on). After this issue happen, user close screen (assume OTSession & OTPublisher released) but video stream still continue, profile with instrument and still saw webrtc still running and block UIThread. Tested on SDK version : OpenTok (2.21.2) iOS version 15.1 iOS Device: iPhone 11 Pro
