复现步骤：
- Ctrl + Shift + I 打开 devTools
- Ctrl + Shift + P 打开命令窗口
- 搜索 fps，点击 Show frames per second (FPS) meter
- 点击按钮弹出右侧面板，效果如图：
猜测是动画效果还需要调整一下，帧率掉了60帧左右可能让人觉得卡顿
